Leveling Line
Elixirs leveling line accommodates 48 wide coil up to 6,000 pounds per coil, 22 ga. And lighter, Elixir will level to specific lengths.
Shears
Elixir industries has 3 shears ranging in width from 10 to 14. This allows us to accommodate materials from the lightest gauge sheet to 10 ga. Plate steel.
Press Brakes
The nine Press Brakes we operate can accommodate several gauges and lengths. 3/8 ga. x 72, 1/4 ga. x 120 and 10 ga. x 144 are just a sampling of our fabrication capabilities.
Punching
With a vast variety of punches and dies, we can punch round holes, obround holes, and notches, as well as stamping of parts. A single operation can simultaneously punch a combination of holes, saving time and money.
Stock
We stock a vast variety of commodity steel. A new addition to our inventory is 22 ga, 430 bright stainless steel. Also, for the food catering industry, we stock 201 and 304 brushed stainless food grade steel.
